Allow us to skip the 5 minute cooldown from Surge potions when praying at the Elidinis Statuette just like the pool at Edgeville/POH/DZ. It already restores debuffed stats unlike OSRS, so I don't see a reason why it shouldn't skip the cooldown period.

This would just be a nice quality of life feature to whoever uses Surge potions often.

Allow us to get noted demonic tallow from the barrel so we don't have to withdraw them 27 at a time. Also, emptying the barrel with the bank interface open does not work.

How would this benefit Alora?

This would benefit all the players who use Imbued hearts and Divine potions, there have been many times where I've forgotten to drink another sip of my divine potion after it has already ended. This would completely fix that issue.
