Reading this feedback and all of the replies here really made my morning. Thank you all for believing in me and putting trust in me when other folks didn’t. I really appreciate it being part of this wonderful community for all these years, and more to come.

In this post he is very humble thanking the community and staff team for allowing him to help everybody, come back, and continue to be the team.

This post, We want to thank YOU @MT.

 

I've said it time and time again, You are easily one of the most respected staff members I have seen across my time of being staff. I know Admins who gained less respect than you. (But that's a different post for a different day.)

 

You took your demotion like a champ. Understood why it happened and didn't whine or cry about the decisions we made. Instead, you later accepted our offer for you to come back as a permanent server support which hardly anyone (myself included) would've done and just fucking killed it. Nobody ever has a chance of claiming the title of "Best server support" again after you. You will always be #1 SS and a High-Tier staff member in not only my but many others books.

 

Congrats on passing a years time back on the team. Not many people can deal with staff chats that long

 

Once again, Thank you Moral Truth for everything you do to help the staff team and community of this game.

As the server is getting ready to integrate into RuneLite and plenty of new updates are approaching, I noticed that as of June 2nd, 2020, it has already been a year since I came back into the staff team as a server support. Reasoning as to why I said "came back" was because I originally joined the staff team here as early as November 2018, then became a server mod from January 2019 up until my demotion on May 2019. A month passed after posting my demotion topic and I was invited back into the staff team with open arms as a perm ss. Despite the conditions, I was grateful the staff team gave me another chance, and I worked harder to make sure I did not blow it again. I took that month to self-reflect and to improve myself not only as a player, but also as a person. I continued to be helpful and involved in the server, and I'm still doing my best to do so up to this day. I do not feel ashamed still being a server support after a year, as I am here as a guide for the upcoming server supports and provide them the tools needed to rise up in the team.

 

I would like to appreciate the staff team for all of their hard work so far, and the players for keeping this server active as it is currently. I'm hopeful that with the RuneLite release around the corner, plenty of players will be returning to Alora, as well as new players coming in. I'll definitely be around when it happens, for sure. I have more free time on my hands now that I finally finished uni a few weeks back.

Where to even begin? Guess I could start out with the long awaited drop.

 

 

Why is that guy crying like a little girl? I got my long awaited scythe in a solo at 983 killcount.

 

Well here is my collection log 

I also had 2 metamorphic dusts, so a total of 27 drops in 983 kill count comes out to be a whopping 1/36.4! (I don't count pets or dust as they're not purple)

In this time I completed 103 solos (at least that I logged possibly more) with 11 drops meaning in my solos I had a 1/9.3 drop rate!!!!

If you take out my solo drops and killcount I'd have 16 drops in 880 kc which is a 1/55 drop rate, which isn't too bad in the end.

Along with all the solos there was plentyyyyy of duos which also had an amazing rate (didn't log completions etc)

 

Throughout this time we also managed to break the record, not once

 

But twice

 

I held the solo record but have since lost it by less than 90 seconds to the gamers Noa and 2 Ridiculous

 

2Ridic and I do still hold the duo record. 

 

In the end I wish I could thank each and every one of you but the hundreds of people that helped me along this journey is unreal. Thank you to everyone with your help at tob and your support in my grind. I am still speechless.

Be more descriptive when handling suggestions. Provide information as to why the suggestions are declined.

How would this benefit Alora?:

This doesn't stem from personal suggestions of mine being declined, I just think the way suggestions are handled shows a lack of compassion for the person suggesting it. I mean just think how you'd feel putting in a suggestion and having it declined with no reason given. I just think to reduce the step of having to reach out to the staff after your suggestion is declined, you should provide the reason for it being declined on the post as to give some insight not just to that user but anyone who was interested in that suggestion. It would only help provide us with the information so we can adjust suggestions or even shape new ones from understanding why previous ones weren't accepted. I just view it like applying for a job and being overlooked or declined without a reason, doesn't help you grow or show you what you could do to get a different result. As always all feedback is appreciated and welcomed!

I guess it's a nice suggestion, personally I wouldn't do it but if people are up for this, why not. It also could be at a fee for a decent money sink.

I thought, that I really want to share an Achievement of mine with all of you.
I'm pretty proud of myself pushing myself over and over again to get this done.

 

Took a year break with 1x 99 done and after coming back in January i thought I'm going for the big goal, which in my case was maxing.

 

Now here I'M, maxed and looking forward to my next big goal - comping while helping my new partner EIM Beauty maxing.
