1. I think your perspective is a little one-sided. You're coming at it from a purely solo-PVM perspective. I suggest you try bounty teleporting yourself, so you have a better idea of the risks it entails. It's definitely not a 1 hit KO move.
2. You haven't provided any rationale for why bounty target teleport is unfair (pros / cons of bounty teleport?)
Clans will dominate the wilderness regardless of bounty teleport. It's not bounty teleport that's allowing clans to dominate the wild. Wilderness is like Raids 3. You're going to have better luck surviving if you have a team to support you.
multiple worlds it allows players to have an easier chance to actually use wilderness content but still have a risk system to it.
3. What do you mean by "easier chance to use wilderness content?"
Having multiple worlds would make it harder for players to find targets, and easier for players to slay monsters undisturbed.
Supply chest and bloody chests would also be less competitive. Seems to me like you're basically trying to make wilderness less competitive and thereby safer for PVM.
