All the PVP achievements do is force people that don't want to pk to do it. And the fact that you have to kill people risking a certain amount just extends it because the people that don't want to pk aren't usually good at it so they kill skillers in the resource area, or people doing pvm in no risk. 

If anything, remove them from the achievements list and add a separate wilderness task list which you get a cape from like the team cape zero. 

They do on OSRS, they should here.

Right next to the slayer master or the rejuvenation pool seem like good locations.

I like the idea of the dz being a new less crowded home area.
