This item isn't any exception to HCUIM. There are many, many items they cannot put in their looting bag or store in POH and have to choose to keep an inv slot for it or get rid of it.
Regardless, I mentioned that because this post is about UIM
I understand it's not storable but in my perspective I was able to store it in my looting bag (If i absolutely was running out of space and needed to put in bag for a little) I could do so because it was regular tradable torva, yes I could death bank it but I just thought I'd be a nice QOL to a good achievement.
I understand the whole tradable vs non tradable aspect but like @Mhk said... it's not even a good accomplishment if you can donate for it. Same mindset for Zuk combat achievement helm.
