I've heard from some of the server supports and other players that you can AFK Splash for magic exp and such right?

I also heard that people somehow splash mithril dragons, which are a highly sought area for slayer anyway, being so limited with them and 95% of them are taken by splashers (quoted from a player)

The small suggestion is, is to make a rule where if you afk splash, go somewhere that has more than like 10-15 of the npc you kill instead of a very limited, like mithril dragons. Only reason I say it is because the talk in the cc was where people had been kicked for it, or haven't and I wanted to suggest this to be an official rule, so that people would understand it. Also the addition of being able to not safespot period, especially for the dragons anyway.

Could be a stupid/pointless suggestion, or a good one. Don't hate on it please, much appreciation.
