Heyo all, after achieving my 500th tob raid, i thought i would like to share you guys my collection logs from both Chambers of Xeric and Theatre of Blood! Majority of these raids were done on Legendary rank with the last 100 of each raids under Uber donator rank.

 

First up we have my spoon of a CoX collection log! Majority was solo runs prior to the cox update! Here is the log:

 

 

And now for the TOB log which i've spent the last few months trying to finish. I'm not gonna lie it did burn me out a bit however it is what it is. Here is the log:

 

 

All drops on the log are correct, however dust and vials were implemented later onto the Theatre of Blood collection log so that's why it's not reflecting to what i have in my inventory. I also believe i hold the longest tob dry streak/first purple unique at: 

 

 

Let me know if someone got a longer dry streak

 

Shoutout to everyone i have raided with, the planks i've left at these raids and Netflix for keeping me sane for solo cox runs or going dry at tob.

While writing this. I'm literally shaking a little bit. Because I'm scared to say my opinion.
Fear to be silenced, or worse, be banned just because I want to voice my opinion.

Last week we made a positive step as a community. We came together and let our voices be heard, until today.
We got spat in our faces, our voices meant nothing. We just got shushed for a short period. But we will not stay silenced. Here is my feedback post.

 

In-game Rules

 

1. Flaming, Disrespect, Harassment, and Inappropriate Content

Within Alora, we seat a culturally diverse community. Communities contain different races, beliefs, ethics, sexual orientations, etc. It is vital that we preserve and protect each culture and that we ensure equality throughout Alora as a whole. The denigration or defamation of a member will not be tolerated. First offenders will receive a 24-hour mute, followed by a 48-hour mute, increasing to a 7-day mute, a 14-day mute, and finally, a permanent mute.

 
When you visit the Alora rules, this is the very first thing you see.
They speak of a culturally diverse community. Containing different races, beliefs, ethics and sexual orientation.
It says it is vital to preserve and protect each culture. Ensure equality throughout Alora. But in reality, it does not reflect this in-game.

The rules of Alora exist to maintain order and protect the server and its player. It defines who and what we are.
We must abide by them and staff should uphold them. If this is not the case, that's laughable / unprofessional.
 
Then the newly added filter. What value does it have, if it is obvious what is said.
Example: "Are you okay my nigga?"
Result: "Are you okay my *****?"
 
You could instead utilize the anti-advertising filter.
Example: "I can't wait to come home and play Runescape."
Result: 
 
Just because you believe something is not offensive or because it's not offensive in your country, does not mean it should be allowed.

We should stand together against this, so I hope my fellow Alorians will let their voices be heard yet again.

Support this. Should never have gotten as bad as it has. Certain mutable offenses need to carry longer sanctions.

It really would not look good for Alora with Nigga 1 through 10 crawling around the wild like turtles.  


That's what these two guys have been up to lately.  We've been seeing their 99 attack, strength, defense announcements in yell.

After sitting back and watching the yell chat over the weekend, it has indeed got out of hand and seems to do more harm than good on Alora and that's not what anyone wants. From here on, the word won't be allowed and any account with the word "nigga" in it will have a name change after the rule is updated. Any variation of the word such as "nibbla, rigga, n1gg4" etc. will also be muteable and explained in the rules fully.

 

The rule will be updated shortly.

Also, the filter will still be put in place as far as I know. I will update on that once I get more info regarding it.

This is literally ALL we were trying to accomplish. A community cannot be a community with racism running rampant. It may seem like no big deal to a select few, but I believe this thread showed the community's true thoughts on the matter. Thank you Lowkey for your efforts.

I see the "R" word being used there, why can't people like you just realise that people aint the same? Countries aint the same, in some countries you hear about people getting killed for shit like this.

I support man, tbh I think its great you we have a community on here that you can speak freely with but at the same time I don't think anyone needs this negativity on a video game. Like 90 percent of people won't be affected by this hate speech but every once and awhile someone affected in real life with these issues can be seriously affected and its unfair that they have to deal with this on a game. Games are supposed to be escapism and this community should be a fun friendly place for all.

 

 

As a teacher who works strictly with special needs students, seeing how that word effects them, it kills me to see people just throw it around daily. Its 2020, get a dictionary and learn some new words.

While the game is on the topic of getting rid of racial slurs, can we also add the slur for people with mental handicaps to the filtered list? 

 

Its fucking embarrassing that I even have to type this.

 

I see the same 10 year olds who use the n-word also throwing around the r-word. 

 

I'm not a fucking liberal snowflake, this is a RSPS and just seeing that toxic shit in chat is so embarrassing.

I would love to remove demeaning words related to people who have mental disabilities. I hate when morons use the "R" word in exchange for stupid things. Maybe Ill make my own post about that.
