Could we possibly get the Arceuus Spellbook? Tyss is supposed to be near the Dark Altar north of Arceuus and can swap your spellbook (if you have appropriate favour). Could we please get them, or a way to swap to this spellbook in the game, and if so, could we have a rune cost for them? Free teleports would be OP but I feel since you can use items such as runes or fangs for other teleports it would be more balanced.

I've had some time to actually get in the Catacombs and do some research on Dark Altar Devotion Relic (t1), its not quite as I had explained in the bug report you looked at earlier.

Expected Result:

1 regular bone should give 1 prayer point within Catacombs.

1 big bone should give 2 prayer points,

1 dragon bone should give 4 prayer points.

Actual Result:

4 regular bones for 1 prayer point

4 big bones for 1 prayer point.

I cannot fight dragons yet but I can only assume you get 4:1 as well. Thanks for looking into all of this and I hope that this information can save somebody some testing time later on.
