#1 Community Alora RSPS     

Here’s a video of my 2 year old clips of drops and stuff I have captured before on my endgame ironman Steel Nogan. I’ll call this episode ‘Episode 0’ because of the old clips with the hope of getting the 1^st actual episode ready with 2021 clips in the next few weeks / month.

We, @DB Aspect and @Hors, proudly present the first episode of the Staff Wiped My Bank Podcast (SWMB).

 

Our podcast will cover many different topics that relate to Alora; taking a deep dive into the history of this game, our own experiences, talking about current affairs & the wackiest Alora conspiracies out there.

First of all I ask the condolences of the entire server

 

@gabrifane99 unfortunately on 15th September a great friend, member of Alora and loved by the entire Portuguese and Brazilian community passed away, he had a terrible motorcycle accident and we are all in grief.
He was a pure person , friend of friend and always willing to help everyone , so in honor of him , me @Call m Daddy  @Andcom2 , @cracatoa29 , @windsondom , @Iron Lcs1
@xMizticz and @MesutBrozil decided to organize a Drop-Party in honor of the wonderful person he was, always trying to help everyone, never minding about the pixels and always in a good mood and laughing.

Before finishing, we would like to ask that at the end of the Drop-Party to everyone not to leave and that they could SPAM a message in the chat saying:

In memory of Gabrifane99 , the good ones will never be forgotten.

All the tribute will be recorded and sent to the family showing all the love of a community, with huge sadness I leave you this message and ask for the presence of everyone.

In 1789, unrest grew from the French people. I'm glad to announce that since our previous thread marking our return, things have shifted dramatically.

After releasing it we sat and watched the fireworks that resulted from forcing our competition out of the wilderness, even going as far to watch them congregate in voice chat immediately after and attempt to rationalize what had just happened to them.



Paragon discord has been VERY quiet since learning the news that they are absolutely INFESTED with spies, more and more members of theirs realizing the sinking ship they're apart of and attempting to save themselves via spying. Internally, they’ve been attempting to quell their members fear, trying to brainwash them that we would be leaving August 25th due to the re-release of Deadman Mode on 07!



We’d like to formally announce, regardless of what Lieutenant ‘gim crohn’ has attempted people into believing: We will be staying, this onslaught will NOT be stopping for the foreseeable future!
 

Paragon leadership has been HARD at work though MAC muting our members for scathing insults such as “Donkey” and “Victim”, filling up their VERY active NSFW channel, and hosting PvP events that we took EVERY prize from.



We’ve even caught them out in multi a few times, attempting to regain control over the wilderness that was once theirs. The results went as anyone would expect!





Wait… while writing this we’ve JUST now noticed something.

Accidentally killing their OWN members! Maybe they took THIS time as an opportunity to spy hunt! Odd strategy but alright!



We’re going to do this in sections. Our kills on Paragon since our previous thread, a few cheeky kills we picked up on randoms, our exhibit on the namechanging creature known as Brad Jr/xPUNISHERx/Oregon Rs, and one of the biggest kills in recent Alora history we’ve been saving to announce for this thread.

We found this wandering the wilderness, obtained his loot, and managed to sell the entire set for a cool 9b!

Honestly I'm probably the most experienced pker in the wildy, you all dont know but I've been pking since Andrew Gower recorded his nan cooking bacon for the cooking sound. 

 

I've met some of the brightest pking minds on runefest, names include but are not limited to, Odablock, 1013, Hamzawi, Mob and Westham. They've pretty much all agreed that this is a bit problem and is ruining the deep wildy. 

 

Safing, a very big problem in the Alora wildy. Everyone is safing up to 115+, how are you supposed to get a kill that way? Surpassing your recommended amount of daily calories is not a skill. Showing how fast ur now probably sausage shaped fingers can move to your protect from melee prayer is a real skill that transfers to real life aswel. It's like clicking the 20 piece chicken mcnugget meal on the order screen as fast as u can.

 

Stop safing, it's disgusting, you're just showing how bad you are. Not safing, now thats fucking Runescape right there. None of that pansy ass dick tugging smile to the admins bullshit. Men puke, men poop in the rev caves, men deliver their new born baby on the multi lines. Fucking hard core dick in the ass butterball Runescape fuck it chuck it game time shit.

How far has the game of Alora.io fallen since the departure of #Peeks?

How could Dan allow every staff member, minus one, to form a clan to further their own interests without checks and balances?

It's been a fun few years friends, playing other games, playing other servers, attending to real life.

It unfortunately seems our contemporaries haven't had the same luck.
Still grinding away at Alora.
Still mindlessly answering help PM's on where to kill blue dragons 16 hours a day in hopes of that BIG promotion someday.
Still allowing themselves to be outsmarted on and off the battlefield.
Still dying.
Still LOSING.

After receiving a VERY funny video three days ago of forum moderator and Paragon Lieutenant "To Gain" being speared for max by PVM clan ICE, we decided originally to come, have some fun, laugh a bit, and marvel at the current state of the game.




Since then, we've not only racked up NUMEROUS kills on them.










What the FUCK is this team doing indeed, Dreamland? 

We know you're not here for killpics though. It's unquestioned that we would smoke them if we returned.

You're here for the juicy stuff.

Using their OWN members, we've obtained inside information.

After a few kills, internally Kaamea tried to calm the situation down a bit, insisting they AREN'T a PVP clan.



We found this a bit funny as it says PVP RIGHT there..



Or maybe the fact Dreamland said the MAJORITY of pkers AND pvmers inside the wilderness were part of Paragon, leading him to temporarily leave his clan as he couldn't find ANY fights?



This guy's a VERY interesting case. After making him a victim for years when we played, his ego has swelled beyond the size of his brain.

Flaming us in public, but behind closed doors WARNING his teammates to stay safe from our wrath, even complimenting us!



Is this type of weird doublethink and fear the reason Paragon members would spy?

Or is it their odd discord culture?



Either way, for the time being, we are accepting two more Paragon spies.
We can pay HANDSOMELY for what we require.

It would match most servers just to make it more convenient. Maybe add Dark Altar so we can change spell book without teleporting around.

 

 

5. Add Dragon Bolts, Opal Dragon Bolts (e), or Dragonstone Dragon Bolts (e) to PKP Store, or literally any store...

The lowest price for these in the TP ATM is 128k.... for each, also there's only ~500 even listed ATM.

Using dragonstone (e) bolts does not compare, especially when you can look at TP and see almost 70K javs listed.

I would just go off the barrage/tb sacks for the price, no idea what they should be.

6. Add render self command to ;;rs or ;;renderself, maybe connect it to enable entity hider (maybe add a hotkey trigger)?

Entity hider itself looks ok, I'm not sure if it shows HP bar as I've turned it on once.

It is unrealistic to open your plugins in the middle of a fight, if someones dd'ing you (standing under you) or you want to dd on them its very useful.

 

 

 

7. Fix looting bag to work at EdgePvP like OSRS PVP worlds.

 

8. Allow spell sacks to work at EdgePvP.

 

9. Emblem drops and upgrades at EdgePvP. This might make people Pking there a bit more active. I have no idea if this is a thing currently so feel free to let me know.

 

10. *maybe* Rework some of the rules.

This might make some people upset and I'm not trying to attack staff team or defend anyone who broke any rule but some of these rules are strange, very situational, or seem misguided.

I understand this is not a strictly PK server so you can't say the n word every other sentence but people having permanent mutes for years, being mac muted/banned for one offence after years of not having any offences seems a little harsh (Obviously I don't have the whole situation, context, etc.).
I've written some of these rules I could go down the list picking out each rule and what I think of it but IMO there should be a more backseat approach and basic set of rules. 

If a player is truly detrimental to the community, sure, ip/mac/uuid mute or ban them. But after playing on a lot of other servers, and 07, I don't see the rules being exercised nearly as frequently or as strictly.

This is obviously an opinion so you're free to disagree, in total there's '18' ingame rules and '11' forum rules with around an additional 68 parts in total (the a., b., etc., not even including staff discretion), I'm sure not even some staff members would know all these rules and each part of them, how do you expect new, current or returning players to remember all of these and abide by them.

Infinite charges for Xeric's talisman and Digsite pendant.

Very useful for people that hunt clues or people that do birdhouse runs.

Honestly don't need the Portal Nexus itself.

 

Its already in the construction guide so might aswel add it

 

If the counter argument is teleport wizard, then add digsite to it.

Unless its already there and I'm blind.
