Enjoys helping out fellow Icemens when i'm available, Communication, somewhat knowledgeable about the game getting back into the swing of things again after my last break. I love trying to be active in discord and the CC in game.

Just kidding, I have a lag most times when playing Alora, Complains in chat when not getting spooned for a tassy @Bandos while under 100 KC (and then Mack calls u out in chat for cry while only 100kc) 

 

Has a glitchty keyboard that sticks and typically double types a letter.

 

In a short paragraph, please explain why you feel you deserve the rank you are applying for. -

 

I've been here a while, started playing back in 2017, started my eim elite fate back in 2018. While a lot has changed from then to now, I try to answer most questions in the CC when possible. I do enjoy talking/responding to the boys in ice cc in game, I'm constantly looking for new players while in game who might be a good fit for the CC. Enjoys helping out with players in the cc who need a guy for PC or casually runs a few games of GOTR every now and again.

I would be very interested in running another league in the near future. In the past we've repeated the twisted league, since it wasn't exactly feasible to reproduce the trailblazer league without taking up a ton of development time, but I think adding an extra island or two (Karamja, Fossil, etc...) would be a fun way to expand the current league, with new tasks and relics. At the moment we have our hands full with content, such as combat achievements (coming very soon), muspah, the wilderness rework, and a few other things, but when we clear out a lot of that, it's something we want to set our sights on.

So I have been grinding my EIM for quite some time and it's not that I'm getting bored of it, just going a bit insane looking for the tbow and need something to do when i take breaks thats osrs related haha. But there has been an account I have ALWAYS wanted to do, and alora never had the plugin until recently. 

 

I want to make a Tileman account on alora, and I will plan on recording it as well to turn into a series if it shows enough interest. But before I start this journey I wanted people to throw out some suggestions to me since an OSRS tileman differs greatly from an alora tileman. So here are some questions I have for the community to help me out with:

 

 

What gamemode should I do? I have never played an UIM once, and to be truthful it seems painful to enjoy. But too everyone else, does that seem like the only way to play a tileman in your opinion? if not what are some other recommendations/restrictions should I put in place if I were to play a different ironman status? 

 

What do you think should be my starting area? Most tileman start in Lumbridge, but I feel like I should do something unique but at the same time also being possible to move on from. So was wondering if anyone else had an idea on starting locations that are physically possible to escape from with 1 tile to start, and with no items (assuming we drop all the starting equipment?) 

 

One of the biggest questions on my mind, should I be allowed to have access to teleport wizard right away or have some kind of restriction that requires me to unlock it? (such as total level, total tiles, etc..) As this would make progression quite easier, I am unsure how to approach this feature. on one hand; it allows me to do a lot more in the game since there is only so many possible tiles to unlock in the game. on the other hand; it creates a much easier way to get around the game ALTHOUGH there is certain areas that are not coded into the game to be accessed without using the teleport wizard. What do you think? 

 

And lastly, what should my end goal be for the account? being that it is alora and not OSRS there is many ideas to consider for an end of account goal, and I am unsure what one would be the most entertaining to go for.

The beginning of 2023 brings another charity event. This time for a disease called, Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT). This disease attacks the nerves that control the muscles which makes the muscles lose normal function/sensation in the arms and legs. One of our fellow gamers and my good friends on Alora, @NEUROFUNK is unfortunately one of the few people diagnosed with this. Due to the rarity of this disease, like many others, research is lacking. With the help of Neuro, I have found an organization that helps raise money for research. Unlike prior years, due to funds, this will be a much shorter and smaller event. The event will start the moment this is posted and end January 25th, 2023, PUSHED TO FEBRUARY 1ST AND THE PRIZE POOL HAS DOUBLED!!!

 

@Omicron will be matching all custom donations in which are given away. Currently I'll be providing $200 with Omi matching $200. If we hit our goal, $1,000 donated, I will add another $300, making it $500 total with Omi matching the $500, we will have $1,000 in custom donations being given away!!!!

Hello. This is my first post on forums so sorry for it being so blunt.

As an ironman Im lazy gathering resources and always look for alternatives in training so I train in unusual ways and wanted to share one of them with you.

 

For this you will need to own a house ( Right click on teleport to house select outside/ talk to estate agent and buy a house for 10m gp)

You should buy a formal garden next to your portal ( 750k gp) 

 

Buy a saw and a hammer from estate agent as well as limestone bricks ( right click - trade supplies)

Right click portal - build mode

Right click on fence space and select stone wall Lvl 61 - You can only build 2 per trip since it takes 10 bricks each

In your normal spellbook right click on your house teleport select outside to teleport next to estate agent again

Repeat

 

 

This is 10k xp with no bonuses for one build 15,6k xp with well on (4,2,m xp / hr no bonus) and (5m+ xp / hr with well on)

No materials gathering

3,15m gp for 1-99 construction calculating 1gp - 4,25 xp but a little less since you only unlock this at level 61.

 

Xp rates and xp per gp is calculated based on normal ironman xp rates
