I don't think they are at all, infact quite frankly they're not. I do revenants in over 100m risk, red skulled for around 20m/hour? That is not good. Especially when its the risk involved. Why is everything else on here the same as OSRS and the drop tables in the wilderness not?

You don't have to risk 100m at revenents, you can do black dhide or void + crystal bow and be redskulled, you will make good money that way without risking anything. 

If you get pked by Ironmanm, he should get key that he can transfer to his normie account. At least that is how it works in OSRS.
