I didn't plan on making this a guide but the request was there, the boss is so easy and fun to do! And I had so much fun making the video that I was like haha why not!!!

Hey everyone!

Here’s a full written guide Along with a video I made!!!! ( link @ bottom ), to defeating the Twin Flames, officially known as Branda, the Fire Queen, and Eldric, King of Frost: a dual boss fight from the Elemental Titans update. This update happened a while ago on alora, but its one of my favorite bosses, and they're fairly easy to solo! I also love that you can duo them with a friend or clan mate! 

• Must have completed: Desert Treasure II and access to Elemental Titans

• Combat Level: 105+ recommended

• Prayers: 43+ (Rigour & Augury strongly recommended)

• Gear: T70+ minimum — see setups below

• Style: Ranged is safest and most effective for learning

• Weapon: Bowfa (with full crystal) / ZCB 

• Helmet: Masori / Serpentine / Karil’s

• Chest/Legs: Crystal / Masori / Karil's

• Shield: Crystal Shield / DFS

• Boots: Pegasian

• Amulet: Anguish

• Cape: Ava’s Assembler (or max cape) 

• Ring: Suffering (recoil + tank) or Archer’s

• Weapon: Blowpipe / Rune Crossbow

• Armor: Black D'hide / Karil’s

• Shield: Dragon Defender / God Book

• Cape: Ava’s Accumulator

• Ring: Ring of Recoil / Dueling (for escape)

• 1x Ranging potion or Bastion

• 4x Super Restore

• 4x Saradomin Brew

• Sharks/Karambwans

• 1x Emergency Teleport (House tab or Ring)

• Stamina (optional)

• Recoil (auto-damages minions)

• *Disclaimer his is BIS based on research and OSRS, you can see in the video I am doing my own thing, these bosses are so easy that you can do that, however these recommendations work well if you are trying to complete some of the "harder" combat tasks for these guys*
