When I use presets it withdraws potions from the potion storage perfectly.

This would be nice, assuming they also change the ability to withdraw more than just as a one dose.

You can do this already! Right click the image of each potion in your storage tab and select 4-dose.

8x for HCIM (dead) so Ironman after HCIM death would be good. to keep low exp rates. 

I agree. I like the idea of hardcore accounts keeping their exp rate after death
