I have noticed times when well priced items in TP don’t sell. I have 2 suggestions around this:
1) for additional fee on selling you can boost your sales (like pinned items to the top of a list etc)
2) when the well is active the fees don’t apply or are reduced making items in TP cheaper to buy and more likely to sell benefitting both seller and buyer
Overall it would boost sales through TP
