In-game, Forum and Website SuggestionsIn-game SuggestionsWilderness Promotion (Clan Events)I think we should try to do something to promote the wilderness more, for example clan events (pking). There will be x amount of clans/teams that will be able to participate in this event (teams of 5) and the reward for winning this event will be x (perhaps a bond for each member of the winning team). This will promote the wilderness activity and perhaps convince people to pk more often (especially if wilderness events are held every week/biweekly). This event could be hosted byGame Panel ChangesI'm going to suggest four things that I think should be changed, they may have been suggested before.Bonus SkillThe "Bonus Skill" option in the Game Panel isn't very informative, sure it informs the user what skill is the bonus skill but that's all it does. I'm suggesting there be some sort of explanation/interface. In this interface, it would show the current bonus skill, the next bonus skill, the bonus skill schedule and the time remaining until the bonus skill changes. This would be very informative for the user and would mean they wouldn't need to ask someone if they were confused.Slayer TaskThe "Slayer Task" option in the Game Panel only informs the user of what the slayer task is and how many of x they must kill. Though this is a good thing to have, I'm suggesting for us to be told where to find our task monster upon clicking. This would be helpful for new players however I'm aware that it may take a while to write out each location - perhaps members of staff can work together.Kills/DeathsThe "Kills/Deaths" option in the Game Panel only shows killcount and highest killstreak, however I think it should also show the amount of deaths that you have. As previously suggested by Chase, I think it should also show your current killstreak as it's an informative thing to have and people who use the wilderness often would appreciate it. As noticed byMode and RankJust a quick one as it's not that big of a deal but I think the "Mode" and "Rank" options in the Game Panel should be announced by your character, much like the the "Playtime" option.Edgeville LeverThe lever that's south of Edgeville leads straight into 51 wilderness without warning and I've unfortunately had to learn that the hard way. I was unaware of where it led and was curious, I assumed that if anything were to be dangerous I would've been given a warning, so I pulled the lever and was taken into the wilderness whilst having my bank with me. I'm suggesting a warning to be implemented with this lever.Forums SuggestionsForum RewardsAs discussed by Hex, there should be some additional changes from my last suggestion thread with the Forum Rewards.Icon Explanations/DescriptionsCurrently, when hovering over the majority of the forum rewards/icons it doesn't provide a description of what said icon portrays. I'm aware that there's a page for the icon descriptions but others may not know this (newer players for example). This is very simple and easy to implement so I hope this suggestion is taken into consideration.Skill Experience MilestoneOmicron currently has two unofficial icons for the forum rewards but personally I think they should be made official and implemented as soon as possible (seeing how easy it is to do). These icons that he has show that he's achieved 200M experience in said skill and it's a great accomplishment. I'm unsure if this has already been discussed with him but hopefully this'll get the ball rolling. People should get some acknowledgement for maxing out a skill. However, one problem with this would be that it could look very tacky if someone had 22 icons... Alternatively, you could add a 200M-all-skills icon, given to those who have 200M experience in every trainable skill.User LegendJust a quick suggestion. Currently the user legend doesn't show all ranks on the Forums. I'm unsure if there are any other ranks that aren't shown but Veteran isn't on there. It's not a huge deal but it's easy and quick to add.Website Suggestions
Donator Store Changes
I'm going to suggest three things that I think should be changed.
Homepage
Currently, the homepage for the store is very unprofessional and tacky in my opinion. I think we should have either Chase or Slyther do some work for the page and create something that is more appealing. Along with this, they could update the information that's on the page. Some of the donator benefits are incorrect/inaccurate (I'll be happy to go over these with whoever works on the page) and the updated donator zone should also be added.
Rares Tab
I already discussed this with Omicron but I feel as if it could be argued - I would also like community input on this. Currently, the rares tab only consists of a black partyhat, black santa hat and a partyhat set (regular). I'm suggesting for the rares tab to have more rares - perhaps having the individual partyhat colours or even a rainbow partyhat. Omicron argued that people could purchase said things through custom donations. Therefore, as an alternative to this suggestion, the rares tab could just inform the user that if they wish to purchase a rare item they need to purchase it via the custom donation system.
Supplies Tab
I think the supplies tab should consist of more items. There are only five items that are listed but there are so many more items that should be in any rsps store. It's a very non-skiller sided tab and I think it should be revamped accordingly. Some of the items that you could add into the tab could be:
Magic Logs
Runite Ore
Rune Bars
Uncut Gems
Raw Foods

I've seen various members of the community asking for help when no members of staff are online and they don't know what to do. This thread will let you know what to do depending on your situation. I will keep adding to this thread if I feel I need to make appropriate additions.Table of contents- Questions about Alora

1) What if I have a question about Alora?If you have a question about Alora and no members of staff are online you don't need to worry. There are several clan chats that offer support around Alora: 'Help', 'Help1' and 'Alora' are the three main clan chats that people turn to if they're in need of assistance. The 'Help' or 'Help1' clan chats are strictly for player assistance so if you're looking for a straight answer you should head over to either one of those and ask a member of the community. There are many members of the community who are open to give a helping hand, whether that be because they're aiming towards staff or because they're looking to help players for the sake of being a good person.In addition to the clan chats that you can use, you can also use the Yell feature (assuming you're a Donator+). If you're to ask a question over yell it typically gets answered, but it's not guaranteed. If you can't get what you need from either the clan chats or from yell then I recommend that you contact an ex-staff member - these members of the community are no longer staff but they're usually down to help players who need help as they used to be a part of the staff team.To read more about the Clan Chat system please read here.2) What if I have a question regarding my ticket?If you have a question regarding your report, appeal or anything that only a member of staff can handle your best bet is to be patience. I'm aware that some players wait a day or two before getting attention but complaining about it will get you absolutely nowhere. Members of staff are very busy and they try their best, meaning they'll attend your case whenever they have the free time. Depending on your situation, not all members of staff can handle your issue. An example of this would be that only Administrators can handle your 2FA related issues.3) Using the ignore list in-gameIf you're being harassed by a member of the community or someone is getting annoying to a point where you would like to address the issue to a member of staff, it's recommended to use the ignore list. The ignore list is something that you can use if you wish to block communication with a certain individual(s), so rather than reporting a minor incident to a member of staff you're better off just blocking communication and moving on. Depending on the severity of the harassment, report them to a member of staff.4) What if I'm experiencing client issues and I'm unable to login?If you're experiencing client issues it's recommended that you follow this guide. This thread addresses various issues that members of the community have been through, therefore if you're having the same client issue as someone else, a fix has already been found. If you're still experiencing difficulties trying to log in please contact the support board for additional assistance. The members of staff handling your thread will deal with you personally and try to fix your issue as soon as possible.5) What if I need to contact a member of staff?If you're insisting on contacting a member of staff and none are online, your best bet is to leave them a message on either the Forums or on Discord. They will respond to you as soon as they can and handle your issue to the best of their ability.In order to message a member of staff on the Forums please open the spoiler and follow the steps accordingly.SpoilerStep 1: Look for the appropriate member of staff
Step 2: View that member's profile and send them a message
Step 3: Compile a message and press "send"
Step 4: Your message will then be sent. In order to view your message, lick on the messages icon top right of your screen and click on said message
Step 5: Here you will be able to see whether or not that member of staff has read your message. You're also able to invite more participants to your message by clicking "add"
Step 6: Enter a username and click on their name. Then click "add". More participants will then be added to your message
In order to message a member of staff on Discord please open the spoiler and follow the steps accordingly.SpoilerStep 1: Along the left sidebar of the Forums you'll come across a Discord application, click the "connect" button
Step 2: Along the right hand side of the discord community, you'll see a list of members of staff.
Step 3: Right click the appropriate member of staff's profile and select the "message" option
Step 4: You can then send them a message and they'll get back to you whenever possible
6) What if I encounter a rule breaker?If you encounter a rule breaker and no members of staff are online (which is a rare occurrence), you should submit a Forum report as soon as possible. In order to get to the report page you must either manually visit the support board on the Forums or use the ;;report command in-game. Upon submitting the report, you must make sure that you have the correct evidence in order to get this rule breaker punished accordingly. This evidence can be either screenshots or video recordings, however there are some instances where screenshots are disapproved and can not be used in your case. An example of this could be a scammer. Alora will not accept screenshots regarding scammers in the server as screenshots can be tampered with and faked. This is a case where a video recording is required. This is because you can't fake a video (assuming you capture the Alora's entire client).6.1) How to screenshot your screenThere are various applications that you can download and use (free of use) for Alora to report members of staff or the community. Below is a screenshot application that I personally use for everything. It's extremely simple to use and I recommend it to everyone. This application is known as Lightshot and you can download this for both Windows and for Mac. In order to download Lightshot, please click here.6.2) How to record your screenThere are various applications that you can download and use (free of use) for Alora to report members of staff or the community. I'm aware that some of the tasks we currently have could be considered as hard/elite already which is why I'm suggesting to revamp the list - perhaps gathering community input, suggestions for tasks etc. I also think there should be more items/cosmetics in the store. I appreciate the fact that there are experience boosting items but there are hardly any cosmetic sets/experience-boosting sets! Perhaps, as a reward for completing all of the quests, the user should be rewarded with the quest cape. Perhaps you could get x amount of quest points depending on the difficulty of said quest, then being able to spend these points in a shop (cosmetics). In addition to this, more quests could be added.Inappropriate UsernamesThis is something that had been going on for far too long, people have inappropriate usernames and nothing are done about them (with the exception of one word being disallowed under any circumstance). Regardless, it's out of hand and the server is filled with usernames that are inappropriate and they're permitted. It comes off as unprofessional and I think this issue should be addressed as soon as possible. I'm not going to list any examples of inappropriate usernames that are filled in Alora as you're well aware and it would be pointless for me to provide one.Item Drop TablesThe "View Monster Drop Tables" feature is very unique and I think it's a great thing for Alora to have. However, it's unfortunate that there's not another drop table feature that focuses on items. It would be very beneficial for people who wish to know how to obtain x item from x monster. I'm suggesting to have a "View Item Drop Tables" option in the Game Panel in-game.Lottery BotThis is a pretty straight forward option. It would save- Go to Lottery Booth (only active when lottery event is active)
- Purchase x amount of tickets
- Lottery Booth takes your money and informs you on the amount of tickets you have
- By the end of the event the bot rolls a dice and declares a winner
Forums SuggestionsGFX CompetitionsI'm surprised that no graphics competitions are held. I'm suggesting for competitions (Signature of the Week/Month etc) to be hosted by either Slyther or Chase. Submissions would be accepted over a x day period. The host of this event (Slyther/Chase) would select the top 3/5 pieces of graphics that they think should be in a poll. The community then gets to vote on this poll for what piece of graphics they think is the best. The winner of this competition gets awarded with a the forum award rank/icon as well as x amount of cash (funded by the server).Member of the Month changesI'm unsure if these are even held as in the latest addition of the Alora Newspaper, Diva addressed that the Member of the Week was Ill max soon. So does that mean that Member of the Month isn't a thing? If so, I'm suggesting for them to be hosted monthly. I also think that members of the community should be able to vote on a poll for which member deserves to be rewarded with the rank (or whatever the reward is for being voted Member of the Month). Now, of course the clans of Alora can vote for their friends etc so I'm suggesting that, much like the GFX Competitions, the members of staff on Alora put 3/5 members into a poll then allow the community to vote for who they wish to be crowned member of the month. I'm unsure what the rewards are, perhaps a bond?Forum Awards
Right now, Forum Awards are only given at an Administrator's discretion, meaning if you deserve x award you wouldn't be able to get it unless you contact an Administrator. I'm suggesting for there to be an area on the Forums where members of the community can apply for x award themselves. Quick note: Not all members of staff have the staff award as it's not automatic.
Veteran Requirements
This has been addressed a few times by members of the community already but I think you should allow people to obtain the Veteran rank - you should, at the very least, post a thread listing all of the requirements you need in order to be eligible to the Veteran rank. From here, they should be allowed to apply for the rank (if they meet all of the requirements).
YouTuber Rank Requirements and Application
I've already brought this 'issue' up with Omicron but I thought I'd address it to the community as well. As of right now, we have so many members of the community with the YouTuber rank, even though they're inactive and don't play/post content for Alora whatsoever. I'm suggesting for Omicron (or someone else) to redo the entire YouTuber rank list, post a requirements and application thread then allow members of the community to apply for this rank (assuming they meet the requirements). This way we'll have a list of YouTubers that constantly create content for Alora or who are, at the very least, active within the community.
Warning Point System
Quick little suggestion here, I think a thread should be made with a list of sanctions and how many points each sanction gives. It's an informative thing to have in my opinion (how many points = ban etc) and it wouldn't hurt to have a thread.
