#514095 Wildy

What is your suggestion?:

Introduce regular Wilderness PvP events that take place in various locations throughout the Wilderness, not just limited to one area. These events could be scheduled or randomly triggered and include a range of PvP-based objectives, such as:

  • King of the Hill (hold a location for a set time)

  • Kill-count competitions (first to X kills)

  • Wilderness boss raids with PvP zones

  • Loot chest control events

  • Team-based PvP objectives

Is this in OSRS?:

No — OSRS does not currently feature structured, recurring Wilderness PvP events. Most PvP activity is organic and not driven by system-based incentives.

Has this suggestion been accepted already?:

No — this idea has not been accepted yet. While Alora has had PvP and Wilderness-related content before, a system of rotating or recurring PvP events in different Wildy areas would be a fresh and exciting addition.

How would this benefit Alora?:

#511455 Trading Post Upgrade – Add Buy Offers & Search Feature

Posted by scaryz on 27 March 2025 - 05:22 PM

What is your suggestion?:Upgrade Alora’s TP to support buy offers and a full item search—just like the Grand Exchange in OSRS.

Is this in OSRS?: INDEED

Has this suggestion been accepted already?: No, this suggestion has not been accepted yet, but it hasn’t been ruled out either.

How would this benefit Alora?:

Adding a Grand Exchange-style system to Alora would massively improve the overall game experience by reducing public/yell chat spam, making trades faster and more efficient, and breathing life into the in-game economy. With the ability to post buy offers and search all items, players could buy or sell at any time, boosting activity even during off-peak hours. It would also open the door for merching and flipping, giving players more ways to make GP without relying on luck or chat spam. This system supports all player types—from new starters looking for supplies to end-game players selling high-tier gear—and aligns perfectly with what OSRS players already know and expect, making Alora feel more polished, modern, and competitive.
