Helps mole grinders, doesn't really harm the eco, no real downside honestly.

Support, because honestly it seems kind of nice to be able to stay in safe sports at certain mobs and just YOINK loot off the ground. 
Helps new players with lower stats safely grab drops too.

Even as a normal mode, rune upkeep is kinda unbalanced rn since we don't have normal shops with normal prices.

If this doesn't get supported, I totally suggest re-enabling the other shops at their normal prices/stocks to use the home vendors as a sort of 'floodgate' for new players.

Support, no reason to actually be HIGHER than live, makes it way harder to get into entry bossing w/o waiting to sell vote books.

Also +1 to the idea of upping the dr if the eternal idea isn't accepted
