Happy Halloween! Follow the below steps to complete the guide.
Requirements

For UK users:
Step 1
Speak to Henja who can be found next to the Edgeville furnace. Select the Yes option.
Step 2
Speak to Angel who is standing right next to you.
Step 3
Smash the Jack-O-Lantern's found around the town. Make sure to check behind the buildings. There are 8 total.
Step 4
Go back and speak to Angel again.
Step 5
Make your way to Draynor Village and speak to Diango. Select the Yes option. You will receive a Grim reaper hood.
Step 6
Go back to the quest start location to be taken back to Rimmington.
Equip the Grim reaper hood and scare the child Trick or treaters. There are 5 total. Once you're done, go back and speak to Angel.
Step 7
Run west to the big building and speak to the Chemist.
The answer to the riddle is 92.
Step 8
Run back to the town. Behind the east building you will find a crate of onions. Take 5.
Step 9
Use the sugar on the range. Use the molten glass that you receive on the 5 onions.
Step 10
Use the candy onions that you made on the 5 remaining adult Trick or treaters. Once that is done, speak to Angel again. Watch the cutscene.
