What is your suggestion?

 

Allow us to get noted demonic tallow from the barrel so we don't have to withdraw them 27 at a time. Also, emptying the barrel with the bank interface open does not work.

 

 

Is this in OSRS?

 

Yes

 

 

Has this suggestion been accepted already?

 

I don't think it has, at least I couldn't find anything.

 

 

How would this benefit Alora?

 

This would just be a nice quality of life feature to craft Surge potions a little faster.

It would be nice to right-click and empty the tallow from the barrel into your bank while in the bank interface, like you're able to in the main game.
