What is your suggestion?:

Potential to relocate the rules link on the forums page.

 

How would this benefit Alora?:

It's very important that one learns their rules!!!

This would fundamentally change the experience of finding the rules within the Alora forums.

 

The current sequence is as follows - (Forums Homepage - > Knowledge base link - > Official rules)

What makes the current location undesirable?

 

1. The current location is hidden behind two indirect links.

 

2. Users cannot ctrl + f "rules" within the main forum page, instead, their capabilities max out at "rule", shooting them down to the report a player section.

 

3. If a player were to find themselves on the other side of the "knowledgebase" link, they would be left to assume it's on that page as it's 3 rows down.

I have come up with a couple potential relocation ideas.

 

 1. Homepage, along the red banner (Forum/Store/Vote/Rules)

 

 2. Inside of the (official) section of the forums, directly below the previous lottery winner/Shoutbox.

definitely agree, Finding rules is tedious right now.

Not really necessary when you're already required to read the rules during registration on the site, and it only takes a few seconds to use the rules command in-game.
