What is your suggestion?: add some perks to uim game-mode

How would this benefit Alora?: it will improve the uim gameplay.
Hi good morning I would like to propose the following perks to be added in the server, I know Omi is busy with the sailing update, but Ill give it a shot, I also know my suggestions will not be well received (I understand that), That said, I say we can disagree and still play together.
1) Add the black d'hide armor stash unit to Entrana (body, chaps, vambraces);
2) Add the perk of item storage nests in Varlamore. There is a bird nest at top of Aldarin windmill that allows the player to store items up to a value of 100k, It would be lovely if this suggestion pass, remove the value limit and allow to store 1 item with any value.
3) Make granite shield notable, as it is right now the granite shield cant be noted it is a feature in OSRS it would be great to implement it here too.
4) Add the stash unity at entrance of Cam Torum for moons of peril gear, but allow to use any full set of the gear (eclipse, moon or blood moon gear);
5) Add the ability make pizza from scratch, dough, tomato, cheese, and allow to choose the toppings (anchovy, pineapple, meat)
6) Allow players to chop pineapples in slices or chunks and so do watermelons.
7) Allow players to churn butter, cheese and cream, and make a good use of the bottomless bucket dropped by Brutus.

8) Allow player to pick pineapples in Brimheaven (I know charter crew sell it, but it would be cool to have the option to do so);
9) Allow players to store axes with Canoe guy (Canoe station), this is the nicest perk that came to osrs, in the current state, alora dont allow to store it.
