What is your suggestion?: Change the location for the ::train command to Gemstone Crab

How would this benefit Alora?: Rock crabs made sense to be the default ::train location 9 years ago. There's currently no easy way to get to gemstone crab and unless you've played osrs before and know to teleport to varlamore and take the quetzal you would never even know gemstone crab exists.

A quick way I know to Gemstone crab would be to teleport to Tonali Cavern, run outside, and then towards the crab.

 

Gemstone crab gives reduced rates, not sure ::train needs to be changed to that imo.

I dont think we should change the ;;train location but i do think there should be a direct tele to the gemstone crab itself

No support to changing ;;train.  I do support a teleport being added.

Maybe ::train could open a dialogue where you choose Sand crabs or Gemstone crab

I think keeping ::train as it is but adding Gemstone Crab as another option would probably be the better route. ::train is one of those commands newer players immediately understand, so completely changing where it takes you might be unnecessary.

That being said, Gemstone Crab definitely could use a more obvious/direct way to access it. Having ::train open a small dialogue for the different training locations, or just adding a direct teleport, would give newer players an easier way to discover it without taking anything away from the current training area.

Small QoL change overall, but I’d support it.
