What is your suggestion?:
Let ironmen elect to make the move to degrade their status and become group ironmen. This could be sold as a ::shop option or just available in game as it normally is. The normal process takes a seven day waiting period on top of it's own unique in game process, this probably isn't needed. Maybe just make something that lets an Ironman who has played to certain in game metrics to be allowed to decide to group up with another ironman, potentially given staff determined consequences. I'd say make it free since it only has potential to bring more playerbase and truly hurts no one.

Yes. In OSRS you just talk to the ironman tutor in lumby and he does it for you.

How would this benefit Alora?:
Increase p2p recruitment. If someone joins the server and decides they enjoy it, let them have the option to invite their friends. If someone makes an ironman and decides they want to multi-log. Make every ironman on the server more engaged and more likely to recruit their friends to come join them on the server in exchange for maybe like 10 minutes of back-end coding.
