need tips for money making for new people like myself thanks

2: Do some slayer and some bossing

3: Become a gfx designer and make millions

4: Kill skillers as a lvl 40-50 at wilderness resource area (made 300m+ from there)

Best for new players - thieving and slayer tasks.

Later you can build gear towards bossing such as Zulrah, Kraken or Cerberus and Raids.

As others have mentioned. 

Do thieving @;;thieve for starter gear/money.

Proceed with doing slayer. Casket drops are going to be your main source of income till you reach level 99. 

At level 99 slayer you can start doing boss tasks. Doing these will eventually give you good drops that sell for loads of money.

 

You can also PK for money. Having max combat stats and a mysterious emblem is very good money/hr.
