Understanding that this is for the entry level rank into the ICE staff team and that this will be voted on. You will all know me by now (I hope so) I feel I will bring fresh ideas to the table along with my maturity that serves a purpose in the tough conversations along with decisions. I feel whenever I'm on I'm constantly active in the ICE cc giving advice when warranted/needed along with the advertising of the clan and so forth.

If my application is denied, feedback would be appreciated as for what I'm able to work on in order to be considered.

What are your strengths? - My strengths are determination and communication. When I have my mind set on something, I will go to the ends of the Earth to make it happen. As for communication, I've read a book and taken multiple classes on effective forms of communication. This is especially relevant when it comes to arguments.

What are your weaknesses? - Sometimes my determination gets the best of me and I become stubborn.

How long have you been in ICE? - I've been in ICE since early 2019.

What position are you applying for? - Captain or Lieutenant if deemed unworthy due to my absence.

Have you ever been in a staff position or position of power? - Yes, I've been a staff member in numerous private servers and I was a Captain in ICE. I don't have any leadership experience in real life situations though.

If so, where and what did your duties entail? (Put N/A if not) - I helped manage the community, advertise the clan and held some events occasionally.

How much time do you spend on Alora and in the CC daily? - I'm always in the ICE CC when I'm not raiding. I usually spend around 3-4 hours in-game on weekdays and 5-6 hours on the weekends.
