1) Enter your own clan chat. You must be in your own clan chat to start an instance.

2) Right click the boss door/ladder/lever and select "Private Room"

3) Select Create Instance

4) Select Create Instance for X amount

 

 

Instances last 90 minutes. During this time you can leave and come back as many times as you wish. However, once the timer expires you will be automatically kicked out of the room (you'll receive warnings via the chat box).

 

Players may also join your instance, they must simply join your clan chat > Select Private Room > Join Instance

 

There's a timer in the corner of your screen when you start the instance displaying the time remaining. 

 

 

You can also use Instance Tokens to create an Instance without the need for GP. You can purchase these from the Alora Store.70 tokens will get you 10 instance tokens. Each token will give you a 90 minute instance.

 

 

It costs 5M GP to create a private room for the following bosses:

 

Corporeal beast 

Commander Zilyana 

Dagannoth Kings 

General Graardor 

Kree'Arra 

 

5,000,000 (5M) 

4,500,000 (4.5M) 

4,300,000 (4.3M) 

4,200,000 (4.2M) 

4,000,000 (4M) 

3,750,000 (3.75M)  

3,500,000 (3.5M) 

 

It costs 4.5M GP to create a private room for the following bosses:

 

Giant Mole 

 

4,500,000 (4.5M) 

4,050,000 (4.05M) 

3,870,000 (3.87M) 

3,780,000 (3.78M) 

3,600,000 (3.6M) 

3,375,000 (3.4M) 

3,150,000 (3.15M) 

 

It costs 4M GP to create a private room for the following bosses:

 

K'ril Tsutsaroth 

Thermonuclear smoke devil 

 

4,000,000 (4M) 

3,600,000 (3.6M) 

3,440,000 (3.44M) 

3,360,000 (3.36M) 

3,200,000 (4.2M)

another A++ Guide. You should add a quick GIF on how to make KBD instance as that is the main along side of DKs that get asked if you can/ how can you.

Looking at this guide just makes me wonder why all boss instances don't have the same base fee however, it would clear up some confusion for players asking about costs.
