This suggestion mainly applies to game modes with lockouts between vote books.

I think it would be useful for the addition of a chat command that would show the remaining time until your next book is ready.
Currently, you can see this dialogue by clicking to use a votebook while still on cooldown. 

Another suggestion by  Kharyrll was to add the cooldown timer to the game panel, maybe while the bonus xp timer is inactive it could show cooldown timer remaining for the next book?

Yes would love to see this and probably doesn't take too much time to add.

i wouldn't mind there being a small timer on the screen same as bonus xp or well that can you turn off and on

Supporting this, would definitely be helpful for players who have cooldowns for using vote books.

100% support. I myself only play on normie-mode but I can see how this suggestion will benefit others. Or if it's possible, display a cool down timer here:

You have a positive support from me here. It is rather annoying having to continuously go to your bank to take out a vote book in order to see how long left until you can use another. I agree with it being added to the control panel.

Cooldowns have been removed so this is a non-issue.
