Hey guys,

 

As many of you already know, we experience a few hours of downtime earlier today due to unforeseen technical issues. These took longer to resolve than we would've liked, and came out of nowhere (in the middle of the night for my timezone, which made it even more difficult to address).

 

Nonetheless, we've done our best to address the issues as quickly as possible, and we're happy to confirm that as far as we can see, the issue appears to be resolved! You can now go back to enjoying Alora without having to worry, and to make up for the downtime, we're enabling the following bonuses for the next few hours:

• 1.3x rate: Raids
• 1.5x rate: XP, Slayer, Daily tasks, PKP, Pest control, Clue scroll, Barrows

 

We've turned on every single bonus to make up for the lost time, and they will be left on for approximately 5 hours (Raids will be turned off around the 3 hour mark). You can use the server uptime in-game to track this time.

 

Once again, we can't apologize enough for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience during these technical issues!

So what happens for example if the server goes down whilst you are sleeping/or away from your PC for a good 12+ hours? Do you have some sort of protocol in place Omicron?
