Make coal bag either tradeable or untradeable. currently drops on death (not to untradeables) but also cant go in looting bag (saying its untradeable)

I support that the coal bag should go to the lost item manager on death, but I do not support allowing it to go inside the looting bag. Plenty of other untradables, such as the bonecrusher, tome of fire, karamja gloves, etc., go to the lost item manager on death, so it makes sense for the coal bag to function the same way.

yea it should go to the lost item manager and maybe make it so the coal drops on the ground?
