(New to the whole forums thing and stuff, so if this isn't allowed or isn't right, sorry!)

 

The Wizard Teleport is very convenient and I'm thankful for that.

I just think a nice QoL change would be great if the teleports could be in alphabetical order is all. I can see some issues since I know some players have been playing so long they know every teleport by heart and that would be frustrating to them having to memorize the new order.

This has been suggested before but I don’t think anyone wanted this to happen as everyone has gotten so used to where all the teleports that are currently there and what order they are in. It would have to make people re learn where all of the teleports are.

I've been playing Alora for nearly two years and I have gotten use to the locations of all the teleports in the wizard's menu. I've thought for a while on this topic since it was first mentioned a while back and I've formulated my opinion below. 

 

That being said, comfort for existing players is unequivocally NOT a valid reason to keep the status quo, especially when the status quo makes so little sense.  The above respnses of no support do not take into account the new player experience and the longevity of Alora.  Instead, they simply revert to "eh, I'm use to it so everyone else should get use to it to."   The menus are already confusing enough.

 

Furthermore, getting use to a new alphabetical menu will not take long for experienced players.  Will it really be much of an adjustment to find where the "black chins" teleport is in a menu listed from A-Z?  Unless these experience players are severely lacking in brainpower, I highly doubt it will take long.

 

Updating the menus to be more intuitive and efficient should be a top priority for helping new players get use to the rsps we know and love.

I say no because I am use to the layout, but yes because it would be a nice QoL update for new players. Neutral

I say no to this one, my reasoning is that the teleports don’t need to be in alphabetical order everyone had gotten used to where they are listed and if it changed for like the bosses tab then the wilderness teles would be all over thus increasing your chances of while your drunk slaying bosses going to the wilderness and losing bank. Even though you will be told that it’s the wilderness let’s be honest your drunk and you don’t care.

I think it would be nice if they made a 'copy' of the teleport wizard (different colour) with the alphabetical order so we can use this one untill they think it is long enough to replace the original wizard with the QoL alphabetical ordered wizard.

Nice QoL which would only require to move some code lines around.
