I propose a theiving stall and npc to sell goods to in deep wildy for bonus xp in theiving but also dangerous possibility of losing your stolen goods

No need for this, we already have plenty of stalls and thieving is already easy as hell with Ardougne cloak. No support.

Meh, thieving serves its purpose in early game as it gives quick money and is also relatively quick to level in ardy with the cape. Don't support as I feel it isn't needed

Would be a pointless waste of dev time as I can't see anyone using this addition. This is because the amount of GP (as available from something like stall thieving) would not influence players to go into the wild due to fear of losing it pretty easily. 

 

Plus there's many options available for gaining thieving xp pretty easily.

I will remain neutral on this suggestion, but I would like to purpose my side of this suggestion as only way I would support having thieving in wilderness especially seeming you state bonus experience; Safe cracking,  all thought it is not on old school runescape I doubt it will become a solution for thieving.

It's a nice idea to think about however its hardly necessary or really wanted by many even though it would be nice having a higher tier dangerous thieving stall/NPC much like the resource area near the deserted keep for other skills.

Perhaps an upgraded version of master farmer in that castle near the chaos ele with a 80/90+ req which gives higher tier seeds or something?

Echoing off of what others have already said, I do agree another thieving source is waste of dev team's time. HOWEVER, I am not opposed to the idea of having a deep wild NPC that acts as a "Fence" that will buy ANY & ALL items/junk/alchable items for their High Alch value, more so for Ironmen, but normies would have access to it as well.
