Could we possible get a decanter npc/ unf potions maker npc at home?

How would this benefit Alora?:

 

For leagues would save alot of time decanting and making unf potions 

 

~Maybe at farm guild for the "grind" purpose or at home

~ or make it a diary reward

I reckon place it up in the farming guild where 85 farm is req.
