Introduction:

Jagex has officially stated that Bounty hunter will return around spring 2023. The minigame is great content due to its variety of bounty tasks and extra rewards.

What is your suggestion?:

I think we should add the new Bounty hunter to Alora.

Players will get bonus rewards for completing time rotating randomized tasks(every 15-30 minutes) such as:

(i) Kill your bounty target with a granite maul

(ii) Kill your bounty target with an armadyl godsword

(iii) Kill your bounty target without using overhead prayers

(iv) Kill your target with vengeance

(v) Kill your target with a Dark bow

etc etc.. 

Is this in OSRS?:

Will be within a few months.

How would this benefit Alora?:

Ads more varied content to the game in terms of pvp. As pvm is already in a steady state in Alora.

Boosting wont be possible as you would have to wait 20 minutes to get the same rewards from killing the same target.

I’ll stay neutral as I’m not a pvper, however if this comes to OSRS, I don’t see why we can’t have it too.

Adding this will do nothing to the Pking activity there is more important things to be fixed for it to be alive again, I like the idea of this though, but probably will end up being waste of development time, if being honest.

I agree with Kaamea, depending on the state of pking on Alora when it’s close to osrs release and then circle back and see if it’s worth the man hours or not.
