How would this benefit Alora?: ability to buy/sell rare items more easily, especially loot from new content

I can see this suggestion is very old, but has not yet been denied/accepted. Is there an update on this as I feel like this would still be very good for the game. 
Edit: Specifically for the ability to sell items for more than max cash.

good suggestion that's been asked numerous times and always the same 'its in the works' response due to potential bugs/dupes. Considering it's been highly yes voted since this suggestion has been proposed, I support even moving it a bit higher up in the list of priorities, would be healthy for the eco.

this was brought up that @Omicron would be adding this a few months after buy offers were added to the tp, bumping this because it's been a few months and I would love for this update to not be forgotten

As someone else said, it will make the trading post more useful by letting items over max cash being able to be listed

It’s definitely not as simple as it sounds and would need major engine and code changes, but I’m still hoping we’ll see this new addition added to OSRS and Alora down the line.
