I'm just wondering if there is any way to get loyalty points other than farming forum posts? Don't want to post too often for no reason if there's another way.

That's the only way for "Forums Loyalty Points" https://www.alora.io/loyalty/ 

But if you are talking about the in-game loyalty points, you can be more active in-game and you will get more in-game points @BandaidBoy

As said above, if you're talking about in-game loyalty points - then the more you're online, the more passively you obtain points.

 

If you donate to the Well of Goodwill - you also gain 2.5x points for a period of time.
