What is your suggestion?:

 

Extend this leagues for 8 weeks (or at least 6 minimum).

 

Of course, nobody wants to play in such a sweaty manner for so long, so the competition should still end after 3 weeks.

 

But the dev work has already been done, so why not leave it open for longer for people to enjoy that want to?

 

 

Is this in OSRS?:

 

Technically yes because OSRS leagues was 8 weeks long, plus with very similar XP rates.

How would this benefit Alora?:

 

Most people work 40+ hours a week and 3 weeks simply isn't enough time to really get deep into the end-game and thoroughly enjoy it.

 

After talking in the clan chat today, it seems pretty much everyone wanted it to be longer, including myself that felt this way from the beginning.

Personally not playing, but I don't think Dan would mind leaving the gamemode up for longer for those who are enjoying even after the competition ends

i see no harm in leaving it open for double the time for those who 'arent' racing.

but historically normally by the 3rd week.. most people lose interest in leagues, especially the ones who dont race for front page so i also have this other side of me where shorter is better. it loses its value the longer its around for.

I don't see this to be an issue at all, the people who are going for the prizes should be able to compete till 5th of April 7pm EST and a screen shot of the points can be taken and the rest of ppl can chill for a few weeks.

Not Shadow sums it up well, competition should remain until the 5th as it’s there to show the truly dedicated.
Leagues as a whole should be available for 6 weeks at least.
As a casual player who gets most of his hours on weekend only - 100% support. Beneficial for all the various of players in Alora.

100% support, im having a lot of fun in the game mode. I don't think 3 weeks is long enough for EVERYONE to fully enjoy the game mode. But I also agree that the competition should end after the original time.

Support,  I enjoy the gamemode and would like for it to stick around for longer, so i could achieve more, as many others have said it would be difficult to combine that with having a full time job and kids.

Also considering some bugs are not being hotfixed and staff ignore you everytime you ask, would be nice to have an extension AND fix the bugs.

Assuming the competition ends as scheduled, I'd love to see continue for a couple extra weeks. This will allow time for more casual players to grind out content. Also, as stated above, it'll give additional time for content that's been bugged from the start.
