What is your suggestion?:

Rework the current Rogues chest in Wildy to match OSRS new rewards

How would this benefit Alora?:

A new way of training thieving in the Wilderness and some new rewards just like in OSRS.

The only problem is that Rogue chest is already used for Bloody keys (maybe change that to a different chest in the Rogues Castle?).

Nothing wrong with updating the game to match OSRS. Thieving in deep wilderness isn't around and with the boost training in 20+ wilderness could be a great method. Also great way to obtain Hard Clue's when the Wilderness Hard Diary is completed.

Definitely support. Will spice up the wilderness for those pesky pkers. Maybe move bloody chest to the chest at the top of Rogue's Castle? Make it extra spicy.

Hell yeah, major support. In addition, I'd love to see the demi bosses drop tables reworked as well that came with that same update. (Scorpia / Chaos ele / Chaos fanatic)

This is already in OSRS, would allow another form of training thieving, and spice up the wilderness (maybe add something rare to the loot table at very low rate?).
