Don't see why this shouldn't be implemented... Agree with you, though I feel that perhaps the limit should be above 20 wilderness instead of level 1 wilderness as this would support wilderness pvp along with your suggestion. 

I lost it when I saw your potential solution lmao.. Would be cool, though.
