I would say refund 50% of the set price for those who have bought it at the daily shop. You had the set, you took some advantage of it, but you can’t expect the full price refund if you ask me. Another thing is the way of obtaining a MLM shop is the way how you should get it just like OSRS,

So no support on the MLM shop removal, but I remain neutral to slightly support on the refund, unless when it’s 100% refund.

Yeah I can see where you're coming from, even a 50% refund would be cool with me since as you stated I did get some extra exp

What is your suggestion?: Either remove prospector from mlm shop and players who obtained it from mlm shop today or allow people who purchased it from daily shop to get a refund of their daily shop points.

How would this benefit Alora?: I personally spent like 40-60 hours doing dailies to get my own set of prospector to gain the exp boost to help with the 200m mining grind, today we had an update that allows it to be purchased from the mlm shop by using golden nuggets which takes 3-5 hours. This update devalues every single person that grinded dozens of hours to get the set by doing dailies every day for weeks and sometimes months.  This suggestion is going to get a lot of backlash from people who obtained their sets from mlm but I want you to ask yourself how you would feel if you spent 50 hours doing dailies to get the set and then someone gets it in 2-3 hours following an update.

No support, on osrs the gloves turn into the leather in a pvp death for the killer to pick up, if we're striving to be like osrs then this is how it should be.

I mean I wouldn't mind the gem being added but having some sort of nice little feature like a tele to all the slayer dungeons or something

After speaking to other master donators, I can vouch and say that our drop rate to see an item is ROUGHLY 1/20 - 1/25.

 

With 6 guaranteed rolled items per raid,  it makes it 2 times the amount of rolls normal/super donators get.

 

Based off this information, it would lead me to believe that low tier donators have around a 1/40 - 1/50 chance of getting a drop from TOB that seems really rough.

 

 

Personally, I'd like to see these players get around 1/30, but I also don't know how you would buff their drop rates without making high donators have like 1/15 or better drop rates.

 

 

 

 

 

edit: I did forget about the overall drop rate bonus involved as well as the 'lucky item' chance, further making normal/super donors having an even lower drop rate than what I stated above.

Master donor is only slightly better than uber as far as I'm aware for raids, I've done 87 theatre of bloods on a uber donator account with roughly 50-60 of them using a drop booster and I've had 1 item at 43ish killcount which is a hilt, the most common item, I feel as if the rates could be very slightly buffed because if we go by the guaranteed 5 items for an uber with a 15% chance of getting a 6th item, so on average you'd get an extra item every 6-7 raids. By those calculations I've had 1 drop in 448 loot rolls which is atrocious if I do say so myself considering we then have some people who get drops every 10-20 raids as Ash mentioned

Not sure if you mean broadcast in yell or just like a notification of what you got in the chat, but I do support a tracker of how many times you've opened it.

 

I'd support hasta and dusk mystic being announced via yell but nothing else.
