MAKE HARD MODE TOB UNSAFE TO HC's

Previously other hardcores were upset by the thought of now making tob unsafe due to other hardcores having their items and the fresher ones thought of it as unfair.

But we should make hard mode unsafe to add an extra challenge! I know for a fact I would make a hardcore if that was a thing.

I don't mean to make this as simple as it sounds. But claws really need an accuracy buff. The damage is there and all but for such a high tier'd spec weapon I find the majority of the specs being below 20. Testing at a few places such as cerb, melee hydra, or TOB, I find that the DDS is much more consistent in every way possible.

Also seeing that we are moving forward in PVP updates as well this could highly improve the pking spec weapon scene due to the fact the only practical special attack weapon to use is the AGS. 

The Dragon Claws do NOT need a huge buff but something a little extra in the accuracy section would highly improve PVM as well as PVP seeing claws can be used in all areas but hasn't been due to the lack of consistency when using.

So this will be mainly for people who choose to solo/duo chambers or TOB. The idea is:

The whole idea is for people who have bad luck scouting raids, or choose to solo/duo ToB and CoX. Instead of rushing 2-3 more chambers or racing through ToB you can have the option to use the booster specifically for 2-3 raids. This can allow people to go afk in the middle of a chambers if needed, log out after a tob for any personal reason or using the bathroom with no rush. 

THIS OPTION IS ONLY FOR RAIDS. IF USED FOR RAIDS YOU USE THE WHOLE BOOSTER AND GET ZERO BOOSTS ON OTHER BOSSES SUCH AS BANDOS, ARMA, ETC. IF THE 30 MINUTE OPTION IS PICKED IT HAS THE SAME USE NOTHING CHANGES.

To further elaborate:

Trio teams take a bit longer then 5 man squads. If I was running a trio team I can use the 2-3 raid loots option; However, if I was to run a 5 man where raids can be fast whether it be chambers or theatre I can use the 30 minute option for the chance if the run goes well we can do more the 2 chests.

The reason I say 2-3 is to see feedback on what people think is a good number. Since its only for raids we know we can get 2-3 raids done in 30 minutes. But this option will guarantee people get good use out of drop boosters pertaining to raids.

Also not sure if you have done vespula but that portal has way to much defense whether you use blowpipe sang or tbow. As well as the fact you will not survive using the redemption method seeing vespula hits you 15+ pretty consistently.  Give me any other room and it can be done but sometimes vespula with rng just makes you restart.

This would make smithing a whole lot easier and less tedious, as well as ironmen being able to make bars for darts extremely conveniently.

Basically having the availablity of coal ONLY being noted while smithing. I will share a picture below of what it would look like but the idea is instead of making 4 rune bars an inv we can make 27 because we have noted coal and regular runite ore in the inventory.

Make the Ring of Wealth increase clue scroll drop chances

Yes, however in osrs it only increases chances within the wilderness.

How would this benefit Alora?: 

Seeing that master clues have been out for a while now and they seem to become more popular as people do them. Implementing this change to the Ring of Wealth will add on to the, in my opinion, minimally used ring of wealth. This will also give people motivation to start doing master clue scrolls seeing that they can acquire the other clues more effectively while equipping the ring of wealth (i).
