can you add the second level for killing kurasks on task, and add more kurasks like osrs. It's a major issue for slayer since theyre the only ones available on alora.

I think there should be an exception to this. I was thinking rather than wanting to choose a different partner for any reason, how about being given the option to choose a new partner after a certain length of prolonged activity? For example, if your duo partner isn't active (logs in) within 3 days real-time, the partnership dissolves and players are able to again choose a new one. There is still issues with this since players tend to log in to their accounts momentarily then logout causing the game to reset their activity timer. 

that would be lame, cause then you could just trade items to any ironman accounts by abusing this

I've suggested almost every single one of these on your list, this is by far your best suggestions topic so far. Each topic you make usually has some rather intricate and highly descriptive and reaching suggestions, however this one is simple and to the point. 

I agree w/ pretty much all of them except for the teleport wilderness cooldown, and the wizard at the donor zone.

I agree we need methods of preventing people from ragging but I'm not sure the wilderness cooldown is the option (I too suggested the same thing in the past - a better solution is if a player dies x amount of times by the same player they enter a cooldown period where they can't attack said player unless they are attacked by them (annoying to code though and maybe not a good solution)). The wizard should remain at home for population reasons for new players (I get that people want it but I don't support it)

I'd rather the donors of the server be slightly inconvenienced and have thousands of new players stunned by the activity at home, largely due to the teleport wizard and tradepost.

They may be the best experience, but I wouldn't consider them efficient. I thieved them lots while I was in the process of writing my Thieving guide, and I failed pickpocketing them so many times. This was with level 99 in Thieving as well. 

If you're serious about 200m in any real capacity it's by far the most efficient, don't kid yourself austin

As far as not having to sell the items when thieving that's just not possible. Writing code to work around it is something that will always result with something so simple as alora's current anti random features. I would know first hand from doing 100s of bot checks on the server 

Runescape just added the best offensive spells for the normals spellbook, I'm suggesting we add them to Alora.
