It would allow players to chop rosewood trees and store the logs without needing to waste a minute to bank every inventory

Allow forester's campfires to consume logs from log basket

No, but this would be similar to using reagent pouches for herblore

The reagent pouch stores secondaries that can be used for making potions

Makes firemaking more AFK

Allows players using log basket to cut wood and make fires without banking

Currently, you need to go to a bank each time to withdraw logs from the log basket

Revitalizes old/dead content

New fun competitive activity

Rebalances rewards 

1,250 tickets for full dagon'hai is ridiculous

2 tickets for 50 blood runes is ridiculous

You get on average 4 tickets/20 minutes

So rewarding players 100 blood runes for 20 minutes time

doesn't make any sense

This would allow players that have hundreds of herons/golems/beavers to store their pets and free up bank space

Shark lures speed up catch rate & reduce xp rates

I suggest removing the XP reduction from fishing sharks with shark lures

no, but there is precedent in Alora

"removal of XP reduction from bonfires"

no xp reduction from using blood essence

How would this benefit Alora?:

Shark lure quality of life - currently they're useless

Players are already taking an XP reduction by fishing shark instead of manta ray

Additional XP reduction for such minor improvement in catch rate is utterly pointless

It's like putting xp reduction on using blood essence (which slightly increases blood rune yield)

It makes a lot more sense to make shark lures speed up catch rate without reducing xp 

This would make them actually worth using on a RSPS
