Don't really see a need to give any content exclusive to ironmen, especially not content that makes the game any easier.

Hunter needs to be fixed for the entire game, maybe salamanders are the way to do this, so i can support that.

 

Instances have been discussed multiple times, wondering if we are still going to see that.....

If drop-rates remain as they are now, wouldn't the price of the items trend upwards over time, making the raids increasingly more worth doing?

I think the only reason you think raids loot is bad is because the items aren't worth as much as they would have been without the influence of the broken drop-rate at raids launch and the donation store having the items available before release.

 

Not saying im against a drop-rate increase, as it would just same me time as an ironman and have little impact other than that, i just think people getting annoyed at not getting loot after 100 raids is kind of hilarious

Huge support for the comp cape and custom cape colouring.

 

Was pretty sad when i maxed and realised the cape had set color schemes (didnt play much osrs)

I will support as long as it remains purely cosmetic.

Idk how i feel about third age sets as they do have some actual uses, but items that are otherwise not obtainable are fine in my opinion.

 

The main problem i have with this is that if it does contain items that already exist in the game, they could have been implemented elsewhere as cool rewards for multiple things.

These could come from things like holiday events, cosmetic shops for in-game achievements, or just weird challenges.

I would personally like to see some challenges that require some grinding but reward some sort of exclusive cosmetic at the end.

An example off the top of my head would be a Scythe from slayer points, maybe for like 50k-100k points so its hard to achieve.

Small things like this exist in real runescape in the form of golden cwars armour, challenge scrolls and pvm titles, so it would be nice to see something similar in Alora.

 

Obviously i wouldnt mind seeing items that are cosmetic and purchaseable by ironmen, i just think we need to make sure it doesnt make the gamemode any easier, and that it doesnt effect the possibility of future updates containing the cosmetics.

Forgotten prayers

The forgotten prayers are unlocked with a tradeable scroll dropped as a reward from raids. When the scroll is read, you will be given a choice of learning one of three prayers. After one prayer is learnt, the scroll crumbles to dust.

The three prayers have the following requirements and effects:

Awesome updates as always,

 

I would however love to see items that are currently exclusively obtainable via pvp to have an alternate option.

Such as bludgeon or dragon claws. i'm 90% sure this is the case and if not then ignore everything i've said.

 

A possibility could be an expansion of the slayer shop or a "pvm point" equivalent that offsets bad luck and makes more items accessible, even at the cost of a higher amount of effort required.

I mostly say this because i have a steady 300ms delay to the server and really dont want to hear cries in ::yell when i go farm resource area for 3 days to get claws.

 

EDIT: Omicron just mentioned ingame that raids will eventually be in game, rendering this entire post irrelevant XD always 1 step ahead

Its too hard to go back to vanilla with all the QoL improvements that have been made to WoW over the last decade.

I get that the actual content has just become a bore, but going back just makes me realise how much more playable the game actually is nowadays.

 

I also cant live without my addon's now that i have grown accustomed to them, the addons i saw that were available for vanilla seem gross.

 

I might give it another shot but trying out nostalrius the first time, i didnt enjoy it at all.

To further this suggestion tho, could we have it so you can note your items by using them on the banker here, similar to how bank booths operate.

Another useful bank lacking this functionality would be the crafting guild bank chest.

im sure there are other useful banks that cant do this that im forgetting

Point out where I said that? There is no reason to kill the same person over and over again. Especially when they risk 2 coal or something. I do remember seeing you cry about it in all chat a little bit ago. I am not sure why you are arguing.

 

 

The only time I ever voiced an opinion was to defend the pker's actions when someone else was complaining about this exact same issue.

 

You feel entitled to immunity from pkers, to gain an extra 50% xp, for absolutely no reason.
Your best argument is that you want to skill and therefore shouldn't be attacked.

 

I support pkers farming skillers because the reward for being in the wilderness is absolutely enormous.

50% xp is a ridiculous amount.

 

If you don't want to die, don't enter the wilderness.

The issue is people abusing a game mechanic that allows them to negate the inherent risks of entering the wilderness.
