Don't think its needed to be added to vote shop, its pretty easy to obtain since u only have to loot 2 chests per room...

I got mine after 40 runs..

 

I do think the item should be added to "lost item manager"

1/1000 drop in 80 attempts is extremely lucky. Big support for this suggestion.

Something needs to be done regarding tob, as of recently with the bonuses finding a team has been nearly impossible, yes the content is easy however it REQUIRES at least two other players.
