Stop giving duplicate random event items, and when someone has completed the log, grant exp lamps instead

Yes. It grants the same exp lamps as genies do, granting 10x the current level in exp

How would this benefit Alora?:

Players would be less annoyed by receiving the items and needing to either move them to POH storage periodically or burn bank space. Also means a small amount of exp to help with more annoying skills.

More opportunities for players to compete and to gripe about their drop rates. The data's already tracked, just might need a new index!

TL;DR: Add a roll for Smithers Pet when smelting bars

Currently the Smithers pet has a chance to be obtained in the following circumstances, each with equal likelihood:

1. Superheating

2. Motherlode Mine Strut Fixing

3. Crystal Bowl Crafting

4. Giants Foundry Sword Turn-in

5. Blast Furnace Bar Creation

6. Cannonball Moulding

7. Smithing on an anvil

This leaves a pretty obvious gap — smelting bars. 

As this is a common mechanism for training the skill, there should be a chance to receive the pet when smelting bars on a normal furnace.

Not that I've seen. Also not a bug as it was the intended behaviour

How would this benefit Alora?:

Players can receive the pet through one of the skill's main training methods, and one they'd likely expect a chance to receive it from

Make the Vale Totems roll a chance for the House Pet, as you earn Construction experience when building them

Provides another avenue for obtaining the pet not locked behind expensive supplies, and brings more incentive to a sweet piece of content!

Makes the spool behave as expected, reducing the time needed to load it up
