I believe @Fe China deserves recognition on his customer service skills. Ive forgotten my password and the website was at no help sending my email a link to recover my password. Fe China has been on top of the case in trying to help me out. Hes been super friendly and courteous and as a moderator I believe he is doing a spectacular job. As a player / customer, I feel at ease knowing he is apart of the ALORA team.
