Regarding the dds xp: if you spec with dds you hit 2 times and I think it shows the xp drop for the first hit only, not the second one, so for example, if you hit 0-21 then it gives you no xp drop because first hit was 0 (might be wrong here).

I like the idea of killcount being able to unlock new perks - if this can at all be implemented, would be nice to see. Don't see any harm in choosing the obelisk teleport if it's locked behind a killcount, same for the resource arena toll.

The same perks exists on OSRS, I would love to see them here under different requirements and I feel what you suggested is pretty nice for them.
