Due to the perks and look of the max cape (which most people obtain before any 200m), I don't really see anyone using these outside of the rare fashionscape fit. I think they would need to have some sort of perk beyond the normal skillcape perk to justify adding - but nothing too OP. On the other hand, I'm not sure if skillcape perks that aren't in OSRS is an amazing idea. So I'm neutral on the 200m capes.
In regards to the comp money with a cape, it looks sick. And we already have comp monkeys that people do use, this just makes them look cooler. Support for the new comp monkeys.

I support this. It's honestly always throwing me off even after years of playing alora due to the muscle memory of runescape in general for the past 20 years.
A toggle-able option would be nice. I know on OSRS if you change the amount you withdraw to 5 or all, and close interface, when you open the interface back up that doesn't change back to 1. Though I think it would be a nice addition for that to also have a toggle-able option for that to change back to the default option of 1 when you close the bank interface too.
Maybe this can be added to work for spectral/ely as well, as it does on OSRS. And even if you don't have arcane SS maybe there can be more dialogue so it's clear that it should be working.
