• What is it?: Barb-Tailed Harpoon https://oldschool.ru...rb-tail_harpoon
• What does it do?: It's a wieldable harpoon
• Why is it needed?: Able to support restricted gamemodes and lower exp gamemodes with an early game buff in fishing to save an inventory slot, time, and money.
• What problems does it solve?: Early game QOL for restricted gamemodes and lower exp modes beginning their adventure on Alora. Its equal to its counterparts the dragon harpoon, and crystal harpoon but just at a lower level threshold. 
• Why is that feature like that and not like this?: Because right now, Alora does not have it ingame

See no harm in that being added, perhaps add it as a reward from the Western Provinces diary. Support.

I like this aswell, not much from Western Provinces as it is, and it goes with the diary line.

I would add it as reward from something, maybe diaries or from a boss like kraken or anything related to the sea.
