Without a doubt blood altar needs to be adjusted for easier access. As far as the Wrath altar, I don't think it should change tbh. I made 100k of them and didn't really struggle with doing them. Also it being the highest tier rune I think it should be the hardest to create.

I support the idea of adding the teleports to the dark mage and having the teleports themselves closer, but not the ones you proposed.

Those seem way too close for how good the runes are, so perhaps putting them further back would be the move.

Support As a Skiller, I'd prefer there not be a Ds2 Requirement for the Wrath teleport as there isn't a SotF Requirement for Bloods, but I'd still support either way.

You sont need SOTF to craft blood runes in osrs, which is why theres no quest requirement here.
Wrath runes should absolutely require DS2 to be complete.

Wrath runes should absolutely require DS2 to be complete.

You do need SOTF if you're using Pure Essence and the True Blood Altar, which is where the Dark Mage TPs to and it requires Pure Essence. It's not the end of the world for me, I'm just saying Wraths require the corresponding quest and Bloods don't. Unless you're referring to Zeah Blood RC specifically, which no one is doing really.

I support this, i see no reason for death runes being faster xp rate than the higher lvl runes so having a better blood runes tele and wrath runes tele would imrpove rc a lot.
